Association Insurance Scheme
In 1963 the Mirror Class Association negotiated a special insurance scheme for members, providing a broad choice of cover for owners and the safeguard of Association arbitration in the event of any dispute between member or insurer.
The scheme has run successfully throughout.
In addition to better cover and lower rates, the Association receives a donation for each insurance which each year provides a useful boost to the Association income.
A further benefit arises where all Mirrors are insured by the same company as it prevents delays and argument in collision cases.
